Session I              …………...August 2nd to September 20th  -  $40 for 8 sessions

 

Session II         ………… September 27th - November 15th -  $40 for 8 sessions

 

Session III……….. January 10th  to February 28th -  $40 for 8 sessions

                           

Session IV...…….. March 7th  to  April 25th - $40 for 8 sessions

    

Tuesdays from 6:30—7:30 p.m. in Corey’s Gym at BRCC

 

5 years old – Adult (6:30 pm – 7:20 pm)

 

Register at the Buck Run Community Center - 735 Scott Ave. Classes will be canceled if adequate

numbers are not reached.  Bring a friend or family member……..

  

 

* Meet Our Instructor:  Chris Woods is a First Degree  Black Belt instructor in Tae Kwon Do from the town of Uniontown, KS.

 

 

At the BRCC Tae Kwon Do Class, we work hard to maintain a safe, clean family atmosphere while teaching traditional martial values, methods, and techniques tempered with respect for others. Our  emphasis is not on the development of great fighters, but on education and the development of better people for a better community and a stronger society.

(8:15 - 9:15 a.m.) Monday & Wednesday 

 

COME JOIN KAREN FOR AN HOUR OF TOTAL BODY WORKOUT.  THIS CLASS HAS IT ALL!  IT IS EASY TO WALK RIGHT IN AND FOLLOW ALONG.  IT STARTS WITH A GRADUAL WARMUP AND BUILDS TO 15-20 MINUTES OF A CARDIO  WORKOUT WITH FUN MUSIC AND EASY DANCE MOVES AND WALKING AND HEART PUMPING MOVEMENTS.  AFTER A COOL DOWN WHICH INCLUDES STRETCHING AND YOGA POSES.  THERE WILL BE A SMALL SEGMENT OF STRENGTH TRAINING WITH WEIGHTS AND/OR POWERBANDS EACH CLASS.

 

Regular workouts help you physically as they eliminate a great deal of the soreness, joints issues, and loss of flexibility that comes as part of an inactive lifestyle and aging.  You will have more energy and feel better when you maintain a workout regiment, no matter your age!

SOULfusion is a creative blend of yoga-inspired flows, short cardio bursts, balance sequences, and bodyweight and weighted strength training exercises all set to crazy fun music. It offers modifications for all levels in the group exercise environment.  SOULfusion improves strength, balance and flexibility, and can help improve overall fitness levels.  It is driven by music, movement and motivation.

 “ARE YOU THE BIGGEST LOSER”

Are you wanting to become more healthy?  We have a weight loss incentive program for you.  Competitions will be held as partners and as an individual. You will be ask to lose a goal of 1% of your overall weight each week. You weigh in at BRCC on Thursdays from 5 am—9 pm. Rules and regulations are available at the BRCC. Prizes will be awarded to the top finishers at the conclusion.

 

Partner Competition:  September 9th - November 11th, 2021

Individual Competition:  January 6th - March 10th, 2022

 

Fee:  $30/team of 2 and $15/person individually
